How to tag your status in facebook

So you want to tag plum in order to be eligible to win the weekly spring contest. It does not work on mobile phones so you will have to do it from your computer.

What you have to do is just include the "@" symbol beforehand. As you type plum with the @ symbol, a drop-down menu will appear that allows you to choose from your list of friends and other connections, including groups, events, applications and Pages.

The "@" symbol will not be displayed in the published status update or post after you've added your tags. One other thing is you need to click the lock symbol and set it to everyone so it actually appears on the plum page.

Free stuff every week from plum in Shepherdstown WV

New Contest at PLUM!

Each week we will be raffling off a free item from plum. To be eligible you must “like” the plum Facebook page. Here is how it will work…
Every Monday we will announce the prize and the phrase. The phrase has to be posted as your status. In the phrase you must tag plum (@plum) so that it shows up on the plum page as well. Here is an example "I am going to win a ring from @plum." If you post it correctly the plum should link to the plum page and show up there. Every Friday at noon we will do the live drawing and announce the winner on our Facebook page. You do NOT have to be local in order to participate, we will even ship your prize free of charge! We plan on having this promotion run through spring.

I'm back...I think?

So I've counted. I've only spent 5ish days out of the last 30 on a solid 4 -6 hour stretch in my shop. I'm running behind on orders, organization, just plain everything relating to creating my jewelry, filling orders and running the shop. But who wants to dwell on the past? Today is a new day, the kids are finally healthy (did I just jinx us?) and they are back in school...2hour delay, but I'll take it!

I will be in the shop today heavily caffeinated so that I can plow right through my work. I have about 10 soldering projects running right now that must be ready by Friday, or else! (or else what you ask, I'm not sure. That just sounds really serious and scares me into getting it all finished!)

I must say, being a mommy is the best thing in the world, it is my world! Being a mommy, a wifey, an artist, and a business owner all at once have its challenges. Anyone with me? All this sickness, these snow days...it's all been very challenging. I sincerely hope the groundhog was right, I (we) really need some good ole' fashioned sunshine and warmth to settle in and stay. Everyone get well, be well, and stay well...good things are on the horizon!
